Knowing how to operate, maintain, repair, and replace systems and components will save owners new to Amel from hundreds to thousands of dollars or euros with each occurrence. This is true whether or not the owner hires a mechanic to do the work. Regardless of where you are in the world or what day it is, Amel Support will assist you in resolving your issue. 

My Amel Support, Amel Book, Online Amel Book + Search, and Amel Book Supplements solve most of these issues. Amels are the safest and most comfortable in their class for crossing oceans and exploring the world. Amel's components and systems are sourced from some of the best suppliers available. Amel has always aimed to design the yacht for easy maintenance. Maintaining an Amel is a joy rather than a chore. Your neighbors at anchor will be sweating while repairing many failures; aboard your Amel, you and your sailing partner enjoy the surroundings and a beautiful sunset. I also offer Unlimited Amel Support and Refit Support, both with ZOOM. My direct communication with 3rd parties is included, which helps you solve problems efficiently.

How Amel Support works:

Once you have Amel Support, feel free to text, email, or call me any day of the week with your question or unsolved problem, and I will provide you with an answer. Typically, your answer will be an Amel Book Supplement, providing a step-by-step guide with photos. If your question or issue is not currently included in the Supplement files, I will provide a customized answer, including graphics or pictures.

I prefer the online version because it is always up to date with the latest information. It is always available as long as you have internet service.  There are hundreds of hyperlinks, including many Amel Book Supplements. The online book features an integrated, fast-searching keyword or phrase search. The Online Amel Book version is available for as little as $100/year.

 Amel Book Supplements include over 7,000 files that help you maintain and operate your Amel. The Supplement Files are available for viewing or downloading. Most of these are "How To" files I have created, sometimes with help from other Amel owners.  As new information becomes available, I update the files in the Cloud. You will likely receive new and updated information if you downloaded a particular file a year ago, and new information becomes available when you click the same file name. This is the first issue of this index. It will improve. 


Online Amel Book Supplements Search: Powered by Google; this will  SEARCH the files that help you maintain and operate your Amel. These are stored in the cloud, and you can search for a file by using a keyword or phrase. These files include over 1100 How-To Files created by Bill Rouse, most with instructions and photos. Also, I've included in your search all Amel Manuals and Manufacturer Manuals of Devices installed by Amel. Amel Yacht School Training Course provides a pathway to gaining important operating and maintenance information. The ZOOM video meetings allow the transmission of live images in both directions.
